Many of today's manufacturing processes can be traced back to the 1800s Industrial Revolution, which transformed industry from man-made to man-and-machine-made, and as technology progresses, procedures become easier to understand and follow.   The purpose of book is to lay frame work for practical application of relative significance of manufacturing processes. It is an attempt to provide the information with regarding to this field in the best possible manner. Gala Mundy pursued her Ph.D. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Public Research University, Bordeaux. She is a Research Associate at Community College, Munich. Her research interests are in industrial engineering, manufacturing processes, production engineering, quality engineering and safety engineering. Mundy has authored book chapters, articles & research papers on various aspects of production engineering & processes.
